Under The Moon

A painting so black it holds a curse!!?

There’s said to be a painting so dark that not even the blackest of inks can replicate it.

Thought to be painted in the 1700s by Japanese artist Nizaemon Yamamura, though very little else is know about this piece. It’s title is said to be “Under the Moon” but this has never been confirmed.

Rumour has it that anyone who should lay eyes on the painting will be cursed and ultimately die. The painting is said to target an individual based on their own sins. However, if they have not committed any sins or are unaware of it, then they will instead be attacked by the regret, resentment, and sins of their ancestors.

Many attempts have been made to locate the long lost painting however to no avail. Could the painting truly have existed or be the product of another warped imagination? What do you think?

Fascinating, sounds like an item better left unfound.
